In this article, it will make an further introduction or review of the knowledge learned from the team work, which is related to the four components of the employability, including the employability assets, the employability deployment, the employability presentation and the personal and external environment. Besides, the significance of the group experience on employability will be paid more attention, referring to the meaning of the group work on the four parts of employability. The reflection in this section may combine with the concrete examples or things met in the team work. In addition, the SMART action plan could be made in the last section, which mainly focuses on the improvement of our employability, where the objectives, the tasks, the resources that may need, the potential barriers may meet, the evidence of success and completion or review date will be included and explained.

It helps us to identify pathways for career development and enhance your awareness of your employability and transferable skills. Besides, it also assistances us to explore our employability, analyze or have a better understanding of the skills, educational and transferable work haven already, have an further expectations of employers for employability for business. Furthermore, it also lays the key foundation for the work and learning in the future.
